My tablet does not connect to the internet.

Try switching the wireless switch off and on to reset the wireless connection point.

An internet connection is needed to be able to use the internet. In order to connect to an available Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:

• Touch the All Apps icon, and then touch the Settings icon.
• In the Wireless & Networks section, touch More....
• Select the Wi-Fi account you want to connect.
• If needed, enter the pass-code to access the Wi-Fi connection

Why won't my front or rear camera work?

Simultaneously press and hold the power and volume down (-) buttons until the boot menu displays in the top left corner of the screen. Using the volume up (+) and volume down (-) to navigate to the "normal boot" option in the boot menu. Select the normal boot option by clicking the power button and the tablet will reboot.

Why won't my screen respond to touch or other input?

Your Android phone or tablet has very few buttons. The only way you can turn it on is by pressing the power button. If that isn't working, don’t panic! There may be a couple of issues you can address to make it work.

Check to make sure the power adapter is plugged into a working outlet. If it is, make sure the light on the adapter is on. If the light is not on, and the adapter is plugged in, the adapter is likely faulty. Consider purchasing a replacement adapter.

If the adapter is plugged in, and the light on the adapter is on, make sure the adapter is connected to the tablet. If the tablet only powers up when the adapter is plugged in, regardless of charging time, then the battery is faulty and you will need to replace the battery.

Why is my touchscreen not working?

Touch screens are very sensible to the touch. Sometimes dust and skin oils prevent the screen from recognizing touch movements. Clean your screen. To clean a touchscreen, all you really need is a microfiber cloth. For dirtier screens, use a little bit of alcohol along with the microfiber cloth. It is best to use a microfiber cloth because it does not scratch your touch screen while removing all dust and oils.

Why can't I hear anything from my speakers?

Test audio through the speakers. Make sure the volume is not muted and the volume is turned up, then test it using headphones. If the audio is only distorted while listening via headphones, the audio jack or the headphones themselves may be faulty. If you can't hear through the headphones nor through the speakers, consider replacing your speakers.

I do not have enough memory in my tablet. What can I do?

You can insert a memory MicroSDHC card slot for memory expansion.
