Open Device Manager and expand the Human Interface Devices section. Find your touchscreen. It’s probably called HID-compliant touch screen or something similar. Right click it; if there’s an Enable option click it. Otherwise, click Update Driver Software. Next, choose "Browse my computer" for driver software, select the C: drive and check "Include subfolders" option.

Go to Device Manager, then Human Interface Devices section. Find your touchscreen device, right click it and click Uninstall. Delete the driver software for this device and click OK. Restart your computer and the default driver should be installed.
Weak Wireless Connection
The laptop is getting either little or no wifi and is having trouble connecting to the internet.
Low Power
Go to the settings. Once there, go to the wireless tab and raise all the power settings to maximum. After this is done, you should reconfigure your wireless settings and see if the wireless connection improves. You might need to restart your computer.
