Touchpad Unresponsive
Device Touchpad is frozen.
Computer Might be Frozen
Check if the computer and operating system is unresponsive as well, as computer could just be frozen. Hold the power button down to turn off device then turn it back on after 10 seconds.
External Device
Some USB input device automatically disable the touchpad when connected. Remove all Input device and restart computer.
Battery
The advertised battery life is an expected 8-9 hours however, Users have complained about only getting approximately 2-4 hours of battery life.
Screen Brightness
Max screen brightness drain battery faster than other lower levels. Reduce the convertible’s screen brightness to conserve battery power.
Balanced Performance Settings
Make sure that the Windows 10 power plan is set to Balanced Performance to conserve battery power.
Graphics Intensive Programs
Consider which programs you are running; some programs, like graphics-intensive games, will deplete the battery faster. Uninstall programs that require heavy graphics.

Multiple Peripherals like external hard drive, external mouse and keyboard drain the battery. Remove peripherals from the device while they are not is use

Device needs power to work.
Re-plug Device
Device may not be plugged in properly. Check to see if device is properly plugged in. Disconnect and re-connect charger to device.
Faulty Power Adapter
Faulty or damaged power adapter may cause device not to charge, replace power adapter.
Battery
