If your GameSir K1 Kaleid controller will not connect to the console, follow this page for solutions.
Controller Not Turning On
- Plug the controller into the console to work. There is no battery within the controller; it must be connected to a power source.
Dirty or Broken Port on the Controller
- The charger port on the controller may have dirt or other debris inside it. Use a compressed air can to remove the debris.
- If the controller still does not power on, the port may be damaged and needs to be repaired. Use this guide to replace the damaged port.
Faulty Cord
- Check the cord for any visible damage. If visible damage is present, the cord will need to be replaced.
- Try plugging the cord into a different power source. If the game controller works plugged into a different outlet, the issue might be with the console. If the game controller does not work in a different outlet, the cord may need to be replaced.
- Replacement cords can be found at Walmart, Amazon, or GameSir.
Compatibility Issues
- The GameSir K1 Kaleid is only compatible with the Steam Deck, Xbox One X/S, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows 10/11.
- If not used with one of these devices, the controller will not work.
