FixHub Error Codes
Error Code #1, Battery Error - Charging Halt
- The Power Station’s battery pack has accumulated a charge that exceeds the battery charge capacity.
- This causes the battery pack to stop charging.
Error Code #2, Battery Error - Tool Error
- The Power Station’s battery has been disconnected.
- This causes the power station to stop any power being supplied to a connected tool.
Error Code #3, Battery Error - Charging Halt
- The Power Station’s battery pack has not been fully charged when connected to a power source for 4 hours.
- This causes the battery pack to stop charging.
Error Code #4, Battery Error - Charging Halt
- The Power Station’s battery pack temperature has exceeded 45 °C.
- This causes the power station to prevent any charging of its battery.
Error Code #5, Tool Error - Sensor Disconnect
- The Soldering Iron’s tip has been disconnected.
- This causes the power to be shut off to the iron’s heater.
Error Code #6, Tool Error - Actuator Fault
- The Soldering Iron’s target temperature has been exceeded.
- This causes power to be shut off to the iron’s heater.
Error Code #7, Tool Error - Actuator Fault
- The Soldering Iron’s target temperature has not been reached within the required time.
- This causes power to be shut off to the iron’s heater.
- This can also be caused by a loose connection with the tip; try reseating the soldering tip.
Error Code #8, Hub Overheating - Tool Shutdown
- The Portable Power Station’s Main Board temperature has exceeded 105 °C.
- This causes the power station to shut off both itself and the soldering iron heater.
Error Code #9, Hub Overheating - Tool Shutdown
- The Soldering Iron’s Power Delivery Microcontroller(PD MCU) temperature has exceeded 150 °C.
- This causes the power station to shut off the soldering iron heater.
Error Code #10, Tool Overheat - Tool Shutdown
- The Soldering Iron’s Main Board has exceeded a temperature of 150 °C.
- This causes the iron’s heater to be shut off.
Error Code #11, Cable Error - No Data Connection
- The cable connection between the tool and the power station is unable to transmit data properly.
- This causes the Power Station to continue powering the connected tool, but it cannot read additional data or modify any of its settings.
Error Code #12, Tool Error - Tool Freefall
- The tool connected to the Power Station has been dropped.
- This causes power to be shut off to the iron’s heater.
Error Codes #13 & 14, Hub Overheating - Port Throttling
- The Power Station’s front ports have a temperature that has exceeded 105 °C.
- This causes power to be shut off to the corresponding port(s).
Error Code #15, Battery Error - Discharging Halt
- The Power Station’s battery pack temperature has exceeded 60 °C.
- This causes the power station to prevent any further discharge of its battery.
Error Code #16, Battery Error - Battery Warm (Not Hot)
- The Power Station’s battery pack is getting warm.
- This is only a warning, normal function continues.
Error Code #17, G0 Firmware Corrupt
- The G0 processor is not functioning correctly
- Update the firmware to restore normal operation
Error Code #18, Firmware Mismatch
- The tool firmware version does not match the Power Station firmware version.
- Some newer features may not be available.
- Recommend updating tool and Power Station to latest firmware.
