Is your Euhomy IM-06D Ice Machine making weird noises? If the ice machine doesn't sound right, there could be a problem with making ice or future issues if not dealt with. In this troubleshooting page, we will go over the steps you should follow to identify this problem.
It’s Not Properly Leveled
If the unit is not flat or seems tilted, the internal components can vibrate or rub against the frame.
You can make sure the Euhomy IM-06D is positioned properly with a level and use shims if needed
Low to No Water in the Reservoir
If the water runs out or gets low, the pump can start whining, buzzing as it tries to pull water that isn’t there.
Open the lid and refill the reservoir to the fill line. Wait a moment for the pump to catch up
Internal Ice Pieces Are Stuck
Ice might get stuck in the tray or rotating mechanism, causing clicking and grinding noises.
Turn the machine off and let it melt, then you can restart the Euhomy IM-06D. Make sure the tray can rotate freely.
Normal Compressor Sounds
The unit may make a humming or clicking sound when the compressor or fan turns on or off. This is normal.
It’s Overheating or Pressed against a Wall
If it's too close to a wall or heat source, the fan may kick into overdrive.
Move the unit to a cooler, more ventilated space with at least 5 inches of clearance on all sides.
Loose Internal Components
A rattle might indicate something has come loose inside.
If the sound is persistent and mechanical, contact Euhomy support.
