Audio is distorted
Audio is coming out “gargled” or too quiet
Bluetooth connection is partially interfered
Place both devices close to each other. Turn off other bluetooth devices within the proximity to confirm that there is no outside interference.
AUX or USB cord not be plugged in all the way or damaged
Verify that AUX or USB cord is plugged in completely. Examine cord to see if there are any breaks in the cable. Ensure cord does not work with other devices. Replace cord.
Wires connecting the speaker to motherboard are broken or damaged
Examine wires for breaks or tears. Confirm that wires are connected properly to speakers via sautering. See repair guide for wire replacement.
Speaker is not pairing with bluetooth devices
Speaker remains unconnected when trying to pair with another bluetooth device
Bluetooth connection has interference
Place devices close to each other. Ensure path is clear between speaker and device. Turn off other bluetooth devices within proximity.
Bluetooth on device is off, or speaker is not in “discoverable” mode
Turn on bluetooth in Settings on device. Hold down bluetooth button on speaker to ensure that the speaker is in the “discoverable” mode.
Device is not charged fully
Charge device to at least 50%. Attempt to connect again.
Devices are not compatible
Ensure device is attempting to connect to speaker bluetooth. Read user manual or call speaker manufacturer to confirm that device and speaker are designed to be compatible.
Bluetooth module is damaged
Verify visible damage to bluetooth module or motherboard. See repair guide for replacement.
Speaker will not turn on
When pressing the power button, speaker does not turn on
Power cord is not fully plugged into to speaker and/or power outlet
Verify power cord is fully plugged in to speaker power port and power outlet.
Power cord is broken or damaged
Replace power cord.

When trying to change the volume, the speaker doesn’t respond
