Dell Latitude 3150 Headphone Jack Not Working
When inputting headphone cable into headphone jack of the Dell Latitude 3150 audio is not present in the headphone speakers.
Out-of-date Audio Driver
Go to driver settings and find your audio driver. Right-click the driver and select 'Update Driver'. If the problem persists, visit the Dell website and access their drivers page. Then, uninstall the driver from the device by clicking 'Uninstall' on the drivers page. Lastly, return to the Dell website and install the audio driver for the device.
Incorrect Audio Output Device
Select the speaker settings. Then, identify the output speaker heading and ensure that headphones are selected as the output device.
