Cosori TurboBlaze Making Unusally Loud Noise

If your Cosori TurboBlaze is making extremely loud noises that don't seem to be normal, follow this troubleshooting guide.

• Unplug the fryer and examine it for any loose screws or components.
• Tighten any loose screws on the body or the basket.

• Make certain that there’s no food or debris stuck in the basket or on the heating element that could cause rattling or banging sounds.
• Clean the basket thoroughly.

• Ensure the air fryer is on a flat, stable surface. If the surface is uneven, the fryer may vibrate more than usual. Adjust its position accordingly.

• Inspect the heating element for any visible damage. If it appears bent or broken, it could cause unusual noises.

• If using the air fryer on a surface that amplifies sound like metal or glass, try moving it to a softer surface like a countertop.

• The fan might be malfunctioning or obstructed.
• Unplug the fryer and check if the fan is clear of obstructions.
• If it appears damaged, it may need replacement.

If the fan is not the core cause of your unit’s loud noise, then it is most likely due to the control panel.
