Blu Dash 4.0 Troubleshooting

No matter what you do, you cannot get your phone to charge.

Try using a different charger or possibly buying a new charger as yours may be broken.

The wall outlet you are using may be broken. Try charging your phone using a different outlet.

There is no sound coming from your phone, with or without having your headphones plugged in.

Try turning the volume of the phone up. Do this by using the two volume buttons on the upper left-hand side of the phone.

You may need to restart your phone. You can do this by holding down the power button until an options menu pops up. You can select "power", "airplane mode", and "reboot". Select "reboot" from the menu to restart the phone.

When you touch the screen of the phone to do something nothing happens.

A low battery may cause your phone to either freeze or become unresponsive. Try charging your phone using a wall outlet or USB adapter.

You may need to restart your phone. You can do this by holding down the power button until an options menu pops up. You can select "power", "airplane mode", and "reboot". Select "reboot" from the menu to restart the phone.

If the phone is unresponsive to the point that it will not let you restart, you may need to adjust the battery. Try removing the battery by first removing the back cover of the phone, then removing the battery; this will shut the phone off. Now put the battery back into place. The put the back cover on the phone. Next, try to turn the phone on again by holding down the power button for a few seconds.

No matter what you do your phone will not turn on.

You may not be holding down the power button down long enough to turn the phone on. Press and hold down the power button for about 10 seconds.

The phone's battery may be dead; if so, it needs to be charged. Charge your phone using either a wall outlet or a USB adapter.

When you do something on your phone its takes longer than normal to function.

You may need to restart your phone. You can do this by holding down the power button until an options menu pops up. You can select "power", "airplane mode", and "reboot". Select "reboot" from the menu to restart the phone.

You may have too many applications open, which can cause your phone to run slower than normal. To close the open applications that you are not using, hold the home button and swipe each application to the left or right with your finger.

Having a lot of pictures and videos stored on your phone may cause the phone to run slowly. This is because they are taking up a lot of data and memory on your phone. To delete unwanted pictures or videos, go to your gallery and select the pictures and/or videos your want to delete. You can do this by clicking on the "settings" button and then selecting "delete".
