If you press the power button on your Bissell Spinwave Pet does not power on, follow this troubleshooting guide.
Not Charged
Sometimes the solution is the simplest one. Make sure your device is properly plugged in and charging, this means checking to make sure the charger is connected to the device, as well as checking to make sure the charger is connected to the wall outlet. Leave the SpinWave to charge for a full 130 minutes of charge time.
Battery Problems
The battery for the device could be unplugged, in which case simply plug it back in. Otherwise, the battery may need to be replaced. If the battery has come to the end of its lifecycle, follow this guide to replace the battery.
Trash inside
Sometimes, the trash in the Roomba can leak out into other parts of the Roomba. This can affect the flow of energy from the charger to the Roomba, thus not allowing it to charge. To solve this, follow this guide to replace the dust bin and wipe down the inside of the Roomba.
Faulty Sensors
The sensor on your Bissell Spinwave Pet can get blocked, thus making it so the Bissell Spinwave Pet will not turn on. To solve this, simply turn over your Bissel Spinwave Pet and wipe down the sensors. They are the silver squares towards the front of the Bissel Spinwave Pet. Place the Spinwave on the charging dock to see if the power button is flashing. That indicates it is charging. If does not charge, try changing to a different outlet.
