If your Bissell Spinwave Pet won't pick up dust, pet hair, or debris or it's not doing a very good job, follow this troubleshooting guide for some possible solutions.
Clogged Brush
The brush on your Bissel Spinwave Pet can get clogged with hair and debris. To solve this, follow this guide and use the tool provided with the device to remove the hair and debris.
Dirty Sensors
The sensors on your Bissel Spinwave Pet can get dirty, thus making it so the Bissell Spinwave Pet will not pick up debris. To solve this, simply turn over your Bissell Spinwave Pet and wipe down the sensors with a clean, dry cloth or an alcohol wipe and a dry cloth to dry it off. The sensors are the silver squares towards the front of the Bissell Spinwave Pet.
Clogged Wheels
Debris can get clogged inside the wheel assembly of the vacuum, thus not allowing the Bissell Spinwave to move. To fix this, you may need to remove the wheels to clean or cut out tangled hair or fur.
