I/O Error
A window pops up on the screen saying the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
Driver Corruption
When the error messages appears, you can check for driver corruption. Access your device manager by pressing Windows+R and enter in devmgmt.msc. Right click on the device drive and press uninstall. Once uninstalled, restart your laptop and it should automatically reinstall your drive.
