First Steps:
- To begin, start by seeing if the issues for this is caused by issues from the laptop itself.
- Reset your laptop and wait for a few minutes to let the screen cool down and turn the laptop back on.
- Make sure that all wires are plugged in properly.
- Lower the brightness of your laptop screen for a few minutes and see if it has changed anything.
Software Settings Need Adjustment
- If it is not any external reasons, try these options with your software
- Calibrate your display in the settings menu, doing so by going to settings, then to system, to display, and finally to color profile. From there, you will select “calibrate display” and follow the proceeding instructions.
- Reset your color settings by going to the settings menu and then going into the color management setting and finally use the “use window display calibration” in the “advanced” settings.
- The graphics drive may require an update.
- Apply color filters select whichever filter that brings it back to normal colors or your preferred.
- Check and make sure that you do not have any software running that was made to cause this.
Software Failure
If all these options fail, then it may indicate that this issue is being caused by your GPU and may indicate that it is damaged or even broken, meaning that it will need to be repaired or replaced.
