Device Won't Power On
Speaker won't turn on.
Faulty Battery
Please check if you have charged your speakers. A solid red light in the center of the speaker indicates that the speaker is charging. Whereas, a flashing red light means low power. We recommend you charge for a minimum of 4 hours after each use.
Faulty Power Adapter
Check if the speaker is charging when you plug it through the charging port, this is verified by a solid red light located at the center of the speaker. If the speaker is not charging there may be an issue with the charging port or the power cable. Try a different power source or a different cable.
Broken Power Button
Once the power adapter is plugged in there should be a light on the adapter indicating its on. Check if the adapter is connect to the speaker. If the speaker still does not powers up when the adapter is plugged in, regardless of charging time, then the power button might be faulty.
Trouble Pairing Devices
Speaker won't pair with devices via Bluetooth.
First Time Pairing Issue
If you are pairing the first device to the speaker, after you turn on the speaker and when you see a steady blinking blue light, select device model from the list of discovered Bluetooth devices to pair. If prompted for a password/pass code enter “0000”.
Discoverable Device
Make sure your Bluetooth device is turned on and is on the discoverable mode, a blinking blue light denotes that the speaker is ready to accept connections.
Speaker Already In Use
Make sure your speaker is not already connected with another device (the easiest way to determine this is if you see a steady blue light in the center of the speaker).
Failing Continuous Connection
If you had already paired your device and connection was successful prior but now your connection is failing or getting a connection error, unpair /forget device (for IOS devices) from your phone or mp3 player and pair again. Now try to connect.
No Audio Playing
No sound coming from speaker.
Weak Bluetooth Connection
A conflicting signal may be responsible for connectivity issues. Consider turning off nearby wireless devices and reconnecting the device you are using. If the problem continues the Bluetooth board may need replacing.
Device Out Of Pairing Range
Make sure the speaker is within 30 feet of your Bluetooth device when attempting to connect.
Volume Issues
Make sure your audio source is not muted and its volume is up. Press the + button on top of the speaker to increase its volume.
Faulty Speaker
If the issues stated above do not help, then the fault may be with the speaker. Symptoms of a faulty speaker may be very quiet or muffled audio, or none at all. In that case, the speaker will have to be replaced.
Volume Fluctuates
Volume changes randomly without user touching it.
Broken Volume Button
If the speakers volume changes with out you pressing on the on the volume button to increase or decrease the volume then the power/volume button may be faulty.
Loud Volume
Sometimes the music will start popping or distorting. Popping and distortion are more likely to happen when the volume is too high. Try turning down the volume by pressing and holding down the (-) button to turn the volume to a lower level.
Fuzzy Audio
Not clear audio playing.
Loose/Faulty Auxiliary Jack
Test audio using the Bluetooth feature, then test it using the auxiliary cord. If the audio is only distorted while listening via the auxiliary cord, the audio jack or the auxiliary cord may be faulty. Audio that cuts in and out is often a sign of a loose audio jack, so make sure the audio jack is fully inserted in the speaker.
