The sound fit keeps turning off. Listening to a song, the blue light is on then it just shuts off

I am having the same problem. It just disconnects from Bluetooth in the middle of a song.

I am having the same issue. I'm using the bluetooth speaker and it shuts off randomly. I turn it back on and it reconnects and keep playing for a while then shuts off again. This happens even after a fresh reboot and recharge.

My speaker won't charge continuously...I plug it in the red light comes on but a few minutes later the light goes off and the speaker won't turn on

sd_charger21 - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0

I am having the same issues! The red light comes on for a few moments and then shuts off, it doesn't seem to connect well to charge. It's not the plug, because it charges other devices! The AYL unit has a defective connection and as a result I am unable to charge it, and it is useless if we can't charge it. Does anyone know how to get a hold of soundfit?
