I am originally from a small town very close to the most nothern montain range in Germany, the Harz (half way between Göttingen and Hannover). We moved to Stuttgart in 2006 as my girlfriend had her first job after University.

I am working as finance manager for iFixit Germany

In terms of fixing things I am more a newbie. I took the job as I am always keen to support companies with "ideas" or a mission so hopefully I can help to grow this idea.

My biggest hobby is Scotland. We are doing regular Scotland trips for nearly 25 years (except of the Corona years). We especially fell in love with the Western Isles (a chain of Islands on the West Coast)

Other hobbies are landscape photography, walking and cooking.
