I wish I had an exciting tale of fire and pyrotechnic level explosions, but my install was really boring. My only hack was rolling the adhesive tape up on the tweezers as I VERY SLOWLY pulled it out from under the battery. It broke a couple of times early on but once I got around the corner it was just pull, roll, pull roll. I watched the video, and dove right in. Excellent result, the phone was booting up before I could get the screen screws in.

I like to use an Ipod for music so this $30 solution turned and old 6 model into a $200 Ipod. Result!
