Der Thermomix ist bei uns das meistgenutzte Küchenutensil - seit dem Kauf vor 3 Jahren ist er tagtäglich in der Anwendung. Erst vor zwei Monaten ging das Lager des Messers kaputt und nun war der Stellmotor der Verriegelungseinheit verklemmt - leider ließ sich dieser nicht zerstörungsfrei ausbauen und wieder gangbar machen. Meine Frau vermisst ihn bereits und kann die Lieferung der Ersatzteile kaum erwarten. Er ist und bleibt eine unglaublich praktische Küchenhilfe. Kochen/Braten können wir dennoch nach wie vor mit Töpfen und Pfannen und dem Kochfeld/Grill/Herd ;-)

I have opened the housing of the motor and found the same micro motor - looks like the ones I find in Carrera slot-cars. But as Roger mentiones - there are no specs available on the web for this tiny motor. Nevertheless - I had to destroy one of the link arms to unassemble the actor unit. So I will have to wait for the new one - arriving hopefully - next week. I had the error code C142 and after disassembling the whole body part and try to move the motor by a small LiPo battery there I recognized the same “clack”-sound as I tried to start the TM5 before it got into error C142. So I assume the motor unit jammed. By manipulating it by hand I can feel a hard resistance every half turn of the rack…
