The total was 255.53 is what I spent on my card and it was it a debit visa card I will wait for days considering what’s going on in the country before I call The bank.

It’s very upsetting something like this happen after all you guys are very reputable company I’m hoping we can clarify this today before I have to call my bank and dispute the charge and let them know what happened with your company.

One picture states that your order has been received yet another picture says your card was declined and when I signed on to the bank the money was taken out.

I also took pictures of the whole thing as well

Hi how are you my name is Jonathan my friends use your website for their business and I thought I’d give it a shot, I placed an order and my phone froze up and when it on froze after I placed the order it said card declined when I know there’s plenty of money on the card, I signed onto my banking app and it took the money out of my account already and now it seems like I didn’t get a confirmation email and nothing is in my orders can you please help me before I call my bank and have to dispute this and let them know what happened.
