Where in the !&&* do i get a battery for a bluetooth speaker. What happened to the jbl charge 4 that it even goes out???

I never thought id have a problem with this charge 4 at all. Im seeing battery replacement factory reset. But it has no responding function at all. May i please get a replacenent. I just cant take it.

My jbl after letting someone borrow it. Doesnt power on or respond to any function. Im just not going to believe that this speaker is broken. Help me please.
