This was the hardest step for me. The iHold helped a lot. Used my fingers for all the connectors. Just make sure the cable that goes to the lowest connector is placed above all before trying to insert any.

Start pulling off the side tab with a razor blade thin spudger, such as an iSesamo. To peel the main connector I found the easiest way was to tilt the front panel forward and look inside from the other end, enough to discover that there a metal plate right beneath the connector. You want to place the iSesamo right beneath that metal plate and the whole thing comes off.
