Hi!! If you are stuck on headphone mode (when you increase the volume it show headphone instead of volume)you would not be able to use your microphone also first thing you can do is a quick fix if it works for you. You first turn off your iphone and with a gentle hand you can pull out any dirt or particals inside your headphone jack with a pin then clean it with a cotton bud with a little acitone or alcohol ( Don’t use too much of alcohol only little would be fine orwise it could damage you display if it gets into your phone). Then after completing this process let it dry for a while and turn on your phone. I hope it works for you:) orthewise you have to replace your whole cc flex pannel. If you have to replace it then you first paste a transparent tape on the broken glass so that it would be strengthen enough and won’t crack any more if you remove display carefully:) Here you can get information about tools needed and process also iPhone 6s Plus Lightning Connector and Headphone Jack Best of luck

Actually in my case there was i think an electornic interfarence between my touch id metal tray support and lightning connector’s metal (which is on the top of it). I seprated them with a thin rubber gasket layer and it started working fine without any interfarence even on charging:)
I successfully replaced the earpiece but after completing everything the iphone stopped charging ,what could be the reason?
please help.
Thanks in advance:)
