make sure the plugs are in all the way, push hard on them, also you might check the shunt is in the right spot it should be set to Master. the shunt is located next to the sata plug, it slides into several slots there is a diagram on the face of the hard drive explaining which one is Master, slave, etc. A+ certified in computer repair
sometimes if you unscrew the screw that holds your mouse together and pull the two halves apart, the look to see if it is dirty inside, if it is get some rubbing alcohol, and a dull knife, and q tip and scrape dirt off parts insida, and clean with q tip then put mouse back together and wait fourty minutes for alcohol to dry, plug mouse back in computer, and reboot if that doesn't work get a new mouse
That blue screen is called the blue screen of death, which means you need to bring the computer to a technician and have them format the hard drive and reinstall the operating system, I hope you backed up your files because you will lose them
