My name is Jeff.

I am an all around geek. I have been building and repairing electronics and computers for over 20 years. I have worked for the IT department in various companies and I have also done software support for Network Management systems.

I am the person that everyone comes to when they need something fixed or can't figure something out on the computer. I have been asked at least 30x if I fixed cellphone screens and I always say no. I thought about it; I can fix cellphones but just never had the tools. I just bought the iFixIt Business Starter Kit and already before the kit even came in, I have 2 people that need their phones fixed!
