First of all, thanks a lot for the guide.

I have an Xbox one with the hard drive with errors because of a bad update, I tried all the stupid solutions from Microsoft and none work. So I am going to change the hard drive, My question is: A friend has an Xbox one that is not working because of other problems, but the hard drive works perfectly, so I would like to know if I can put the hard drive from the Xbox One from my friend into my Xbox One with the failing hard drive and if it would work right away
