Wish I'd read your comment before I did this step! :-)

My suggestion: follow the written instructions, not the video (specifically, the part where it advises to pry the battery out via 3 locations - it turns out if you pry at the top, you risk damaging the volume control circuits - pry from the side instead). Otherwise, great tutorial! Thanks!
