Background Information
The Tesla Cybertruck is a 4-door battery powered electric pickup truck built and manufactured by Tesla. The truck was introduced as a concept vehicle November of 2019, and features a unique body design consisting of flat stainless steel sheet panels.
The Cybertruck’s production was originally planned for late 2021, but delays pushed it back to November 2023, with customers receiving their orders later that month. The Cybertruck can be ordered in two configurations, one being a tri-motor all-wheel drive marketed as Cyberbeast, and the second being a dual-motor AWD model. A third model is also slated for availability in 2025, this configuration being a single-motor rear-wheel drive model.
