Use the latch on the side panel to open it

Removing drives is easy, just pull the drive bay up and you can access them

You may now remove / replace any disks in the shown area

Lift the power supply up in the direction of the green arrow

Just disconnect the cables going to the floppy, cd/dvd, and hard drive. (: Great Job so far
