Open this switch cover and power off the device.

Slide the zipper this direction

Lift it out of the way.

Unscrew the 4 large Phillips screws

Unscrew the 8 smaller Phillips screws

Stand the suitcase up

Pull up on the handle

Carefully disconnect the 3 cables connecting the circuit board to the suitcase.

We can now see the bottom of the circuit board. It has a QR code with a serial number or MAC address.

It also has a SIM card slot.

To remove the SIM card, use your nail to slide the metal bracket back
-
Then, flip the bracket, and slide out the SIM card.

To replace the battery, remove these 4 Phillips screws.

To remove the power switch, remove these 2 small Phillips screws.
-

-
After removing the screws holding circuit board in place, you flip it down.
