It was lost, but a new one was found

Dropped my phone on concrete, bent the frame, broke the screen.

This has nothing to do with the replacement itself, but the first shipment of the pieces got lost in the mail (USPS), but Mike in support was very helpful working through options trying to find the package, ultimately sending a different replacement through UPS.

As for the repair, I lost one of the tiny frame screws and had a bit of a time bending the frame back to make the screen fit, but all in all, it was pretty straightforward. I needed to shave down the buffer rim around the glass to make it fit the bent screen.

I labeled sections of the box it came in with the different size screws and used that as a spot to collect and organize screws and pieces as I dismantled it.
