Led lenser TT flaslight switch broken or oxidized

I noticed that my Led Lenser flashlight no longer worked, even though the batteries were fine.

I found out with a multimeter that the problem was in the switch, it didn't work.

I happened to have lamp oil in my boat. Because I suspected the switch was oxidized, I dipped the switch in oil for a while. After that I tapped the switch for a while until the electrical connection came back and the flashlight worked again.

You can try to repair the oxidation of low-voltage circuit breakers with soakers other than commercially available spray products.
