After +/- 3 years of 24/7, the fan of the particle meter has worn out. The fan is making a terrible noise.

Since I couldn't use the device anymore I gave it a try to dismantle it as well as possible to check if I could repair it.

I could see any screws on anything to open the device.

There was a clue on the iFixit forum about a different Qingping Air Monitor to access the internals via the screen.

I started using a suction pad to lift the screen. I already saw some movement so I decided to use a knife to lift the screen gently.

I could lift the screen but in the process, I damaged the connection of the screen and broke the screen.

Attached are the pictures of dismantling the Qingping Air Monitor Lite.

At the end I reached the fan that was broke but I couldn't find a replacement.

Be very careful with detaching the screen maybe use some heat to soften the glue. Aescpaly be careful with using a knife on the right side of the screen
