Easy

I broke the glass on my Galaxy Note 9. After several weeks the cracks had spread and the screen had started to fail.

This was the 2nd time I replaced the screen on this phone. I'd bought it for very cheap 2 years ago and replaced the glass, replacing my S7 as my daily driver. It was the first screen replacement I'd performed and I remember it being a difficult repair. It took me nearly 2 hours back then.

Fast forward 2 years and a few screen repairs later, this time around it took me around 30 minutes to replace the screen, USB-C port, battery, and touch sensor.

It can be scary to attempt something we've never done before. Doubly so when it's a very expensive something, like a $200 AMOLED screen. We go slow, we worry, we might even make mistakes. Every time after that it becomes substantially easier.

Try the fix, don't give in to the fear of messing up. That's how we learn and grow.
