Swapped keyboard with great success

My daughter spilled a pile of sand in her keyboard and I wasn't able to get it out with canned air etc.

It went great, with the exception of a few issues described below.

My only issues:
1) a few spots that called for Philips #00 where mine was actually #000.
2) The removal of the microphone looked tricky, requiring an Opener device w/ heat that I don't have. I just skipped that step, and luckily the replacement upper case had the microphone attached already. Not sure this step is necessary?
3) Powering up was scary since it took a while to come back on. The comments saying I need to charge it were really helpful here, it took two tries and only worked with a USB-C PD charger (which might be all that works with this laptop, I just didn't think of that at the time).
