It took me less than 10 minutes to actually open the case, remove/replace the battery, check the operation, and get it all 'buttoned up' good as new. The 3M "Command" strips even released as advertised .
Yes, I was prepared and had done some previous prep work reviewing the instructions, along with multiple videos online, that would show me how to complete the task at hand.

As with any task, the project is always easier when you've done your homework. So, spend a few minutes on the instructions/videos just to familiarize yourself with your device.

No, the screen has to be lifted off the Phone.
