Follow the instructions provided methodically and read all comments from those with more experience than yourself. Take your time and don't rush. We only had the digitiser and had to transfer the camera, earphone, light sensor and home button. All went well and used a hair dryer to soften glues that hold some of the cables. Didn't quite understand what was the issue with the removal of the home button regards the rubber film. Now I understand. Used the hairdryer again to warm the rubber and adhesive. Take it slowly would be my only advice. The screen works great and the phone functions normally. Because it's not OEM the screen body sits a little proud around the edges of the phone body but this is a small criticism. As a last note despite some comments I found the #00 worked rather than #000 screwdriver.
