i put liquid acetone to soften the adhesive each part of the corner on the LCD

I Do not use hot air, but liquid acetone ..just inject it nicely on the outer part of the LCD edges and then let the flow to zip in adhesive part use thin plastic pry..to gradually full out from the body metalic frame on this device
