Easily replaced my MacBook Pro Retina 15" screen

My MacBook Pro Retina 15" (late 2013) slid off of a sofa and hit the concrete floor. The screen cracked in the corner and quickly became too hard to work with.

I've done lots of computer building and repair, so I thought this was a very easy process. I took my time and completed the replacement in about 45 minutes.

I'm an American, but I am living in Thailand. Fortunately, iFixit was able to ship the screen to me via FedEx for only $30 in shipping. (I had to pay about $35 in customs as well.) I was very happy when the screen arrived in only two days! I also ordered all the recommended tools.
