How do I cancel my order?
If you placed an order less than 25 minutes ago, you can cancel it directly from your Order Status page, no need to contact Customer Support.
To return items from an order that has already shipped, please follow our Return Instructions.
You can access your Order Status page right after checkout or by clicking “View your order” in your confirmation email.
First, click the ' View your order' button in your order confirmation email:
Next, scroll down until you see 'Order options' with the 'Cancel' button visible. Click the 'Cancel' button within 25 minutes of placing the order:

After confirming the cancellation, your Order Page will be refreshed and now reflect the cancelled status of the order:
Can I modify or cancel my order after the window has passed ?
Order cancellations
Once the 25 minute window has passed and the Cancel button is no longer available, you can request a late cancellation through FixBot. It will collect your order details and connect you with our support team if needed. Please note that our shipping process begins right after that window closes, so we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to cancel your order.
Shipping address corrections:
We may be able to make small changes to your shipping address if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, but this isn’t guaranteed. To request an address change, please contact us through FixBot.
Adding or removing items
We’re not able to change the contents of your order once it’s been placed.
