Is a part or tool from your order not working properly? Got a bent bit or a faulty tool? We’re here to help.
Most parts and tools come with our Lifetime Guarantee. Consumables (like adhesives, tapes, or thermal paste) have a 1-year guarantee or none, as they are designed to be used up. For details, see our Warranty Policy.
Follow the steps below to submit your guarantee request. Providing all the requested information will speed up the process.
Step 1 — Fill Out the Guarantee Request Form
Start by filling out our Customer Service Form.
This is the correct form for all stores worldwide (US, EU, CA, AU, etc.).
👉 If you purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Amazon), please start the return or guarantee process directly through that platform.
Step 2 — Gather Your Information
When filling out the form, be ready to provide:
- Order number
- You can always find your order number in your confirmation email or under Orders in your account menu:
- Your full name and shipping address
- We’ll confirm your address before sending a replacement.
- Contact details
- Email address (for support communication)
- Phone number (sometimes required by the shipping carrier)
- Photos or video of the issue
- Show the defective item clearly.
- For shipping damage, include the packaging, all interior packing materials, and the item itself.
- If bits are affected
- List exactly which bits need replacing.
- If purchased via a third party
- Provide a photo of the full kit or tool set.
Step 3 — Submit Your Request
- Attach photos or videos directly in the form.
- Clearly describe the issue (when it started, how it affects use).
- Specify if you prefer a replacement instead of a refund (for older orders, we’ll confirm your shipping address first).
Step 4 — Wait for Confirmation
- Our Support Team normally responds within 1–2 business days (extra time during holidays).
- If your request involves batteries or restricted items, you’ll receive special shipping instructions that must be followed for legal and safety reasons.
- For packages damaged during shipping, keep all items and packaging until instructed otherwise.
⚠️ Important: Do not throw away the defective or damaged item before hearing back from us. We may ask you to return it.
