Use the heat gun to loosen the adhesive around the perimeter of the screen(the solid black section).
The spudger tools can then be slowly worked under the screen to gradually lift it away from the case.
Due to the close proximity of the digitizer to the adhesive, if that component is not being replaced take care not to scratch the screen with the spudger.
Under the top section where the Lenovo logo is lies a copper strip that has adhesive on both sides. It is easiest to get under that strip when you start from the bottom and work up.
