  • Before we dive in blindly, let's get some 10-ray X-ray recon from our friends at Creative Electron.

  • Here's what we found:

  • Not one, but two battery cells. That's a first in an iPhone!

  • A super-tiny logic board footprint. Based on the overlaid solder points, it looks like there are two stacked layers.

  • To make room for the extra front-facing sensors, the earpiece speaker has been shifted down quite a bit.

  • There's a mysterious chip between the Taptic Engine and lower speaker—we're curious to see what's down there!

Prima di lanciarci a corpo morto nel telefono, facciamo un po' di ricognizione a raggi 10 X grazie ai nostri amici di Creative Electron.

Ecco ciò che abbiamo trovato:

Non una, ma due celle batteria. È la prima volta in un iPhone!

Una scheda logica dagli ingombri super limitati. Basandosi sui punti di saldatura sovrapposti, sembra che sia in due strati disposti uno sull'altro.

Per lasciare spazio ai sensori extra nella parte anteriore, l'altoparlante da orecchio è stato parecchio spostato in basso.

C'è un chip misterioso tra il Taptic Engine e l'altoparlante inferiore: siamo curiosi di capire che cosa c'è sotto!
