Remove the heat sink

  • Remove the nine Torx screws securing the heat sink:

  • Five 2.6 mm-long T3 screws

  • Four 3.3 mm-long T5 screws

  • During reassembly, tighten the heat sink screws in the following criss-cross pattern, one turn at a time, until they're tight:

  • Screw 1

  • Screw 2

  • Screw 3

  • Screw 4

Retirer le dissipateur thermique

Dévissez les neuf vis Torx qui fixent le dissipateur thermique :

Cinq vis T3 de 2,6 mm de long

Quatre vis T5 de 3,3 mm de long

Lors du remontage, serrez les vis du dissipateur thermique en croix, un tour à la fois, jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient bien serrées :
