  • La toile est à présent collée, mais pour s'assurer qu'elle ne se décollera pas au bout de quelques lavages, il vaut mieux en coudre le bord au tissu.

  • Choisissez un fil de couleur proche de celle du tissu pour que la couture se voit le moins possible.

  • Enfilez le fil sur une aiguille et faites un nœud au bout.

  • En commençant à l'envers du tissu (pour que le nœud n'apparaisse pas), piquez avec l'aiguille de part et d'autre du tissu tout le long du bord du morceau de toile.

  • Je préfère travailler ici sur l'endroit du tissu pour mieux contrôler la visibilité des points.

  • Une fois arrivé au bout, refaites un nœud et coupez le fil en trop. Et voilà ! On ne voit presque plus rien !

  • Qui a une machine à coudre, peut évidemment s'en servir au cours de cette étape. Mais c'est tout aussi facile à la main :)

Thread the thread on a needle and tie a knot at the end.

Who has a sewing machine, can obviously use it during this stage. But it's just as easy to hand :)
