  • After removing one side of the green plastic frame the whole interior falls in our arms.

  • Well, not the whole interior. While everything of the pi-top was easy to remove so far, the keyboard itself is stamped to the plastic frame.

  • All we can go with on our foray is the touchpad and its frame, the power button and the circuit board with the buttons for left and right click that features a SinoWealth SH68F83 low speed USB microcontroller.

Nachdem wir eine Hälfte des Plastikrahmens entfernt haben, fällt uns das komplette Innenleben in die Hände.

Nun, nicht das Ganze Innenleben. Nachdem sich bisher alle Teile des pi-tops leicht ausbauen und entfernen ließen, stoßen wir nun auf die Tastatur welche an den Plastikrahmen gepresst wurde.

Alles was wir auf unserem Streifzug einstecken können ist das Touchpad, den Rahmen des Touchpads, den Powerbutton sowie die Platine mit den dazugehörigen Knöpfen für den Links- und Rechtsklick, welche einen SH68F83 low speed USB Mirco-Controller enthält.
