  • Flip the heat sink over and use your spudger to pry out the CPU, being careful not to drop it.

  • A thick layer of thermal paste holds the CPU in place.

Drehe den Kühlkörper um und heble mit dem Spudger die CPU heraus, achte darauf, dass sie dabei nicht herunterfällt.

Die CPU ist mit einer dicken Schicht Wärmeleitpaste festgeklebt.
