Separate the Case Top and Bottom

  • Turn the laptop upside down. Release plastic tabs holding the case top to the case bottom. Use caution because some cables limit the range of motion.

  • Peeking in from the side, disconnect the red, white, blue and black cable by carefully pulling the connector out of the socket.

  • Move and rotate the case bottom out of the way, exposing the CPU and CPU fan assembly. See second photo.

  • Some cables between the case halves remain connected. Take care not to break them or pull them out of their connectors.

Separar la parte superior e inferior de la caja

Voltea la computadora portátil boca abajo. Suelta las lengüetas de plástico que sujetan la parte superior de la caja a la parte inferior de la caja. Ten cuidado porque algunos cables limitan el rango de movimiento.

Mirando desde un lado, desconecta el cable rojo, blanco, azul y negro tirando con cuidado del conector para sacarlo del zócalo.

Mueve y gira la parte inferior de la caja para que quede expuesta la CPU y el conjunto del ventilador de la CPU.

Algunos cables entre las mitades de la caja permanecen conectados. Ten cuidado de no romperlos o sacarlos de sus conectores.
