  • Remove the three Phillips #00 screws.

  • Use a spudger to lift and remove the motherboard assembly, being mindful of the cameras.

  • On the back of the motherboard are thermal pads (pink rubber-like gobs) for heat dissipation. If theses thermal pads broke, are too dried out or stick to the old display assembly, you need to apply new thermal pads on the new display assembly or the motherboard.

スパッジャーを使って、マザーボードアセンブリを持ち上げて取り出します。カメラにご注意ください。

マザーボードの裏側には、熱拡散を目的としたサーマルパッド(ピンクのゴムのような塊)が付いています。このサーマルパッドにダメージが入ってしまった場合は、固めて取り出すか、古いディスプレイアセンブリに付けたまま取り出してください。マザーボードもしくは新ディスプレイアセンブリ上に新しいサーマルパッドを装着する必要があります。
