Remove the two screws keeping the motherboard in place.
Gently lift the motherboard from the rest of the front assembly to stretch the wires out slightly.
When taking out the motherboard, gently press the top of the LED away from the assembly while pulling upwards on the motherboard. This allows the light to lift out of its protective area while the motherboard is being taken out.
